Does the other person need the app?

No. Your profile opens in their phone's browser, with no account and nothing to install. If they want a profile of their own, that's free too.

Do I need a band to use DeBands?

No. The profile is free with or without one. The band is the fastest way to share it, and it works with any NFC tag you already own.

Does it need charging?

Never. There's no battery inside — the phone that taps the band powers the chip for the moment it's read.

Which phones does it work with?

Every modern iPhone and Android phone. On most, the profile opens as soon as the band touches the top or back of the phone.

What if something goes wrong with my band?

Every band has a one-year warranty. Start a claim from the warranty page.
